Thanks to the patronage (in the form of generous tips) of my customers I have been able to upgrade to a pro flickr account (see all my pics here). I once talked to David Schomer walking down Broadway on the way to the Vivace cart what he thought the best part of being a barista was. His answer "making coffee for people who love it."
